Pacific AirCare is a Certified Repair Station consisting of individuals with diverse and extensive aviation background. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of service to our customers and their families.

Chuck Humphreys, maintenance director, was the director of maintenance for a major Northern California Jet Center for more that 10 years. Chuck is an Aviation Inspector with extensive experience. He has completed factory training at all major manufacturers’ centers for airframes and powerplants. Including, but not limited to, Beechcraft, Cessna, Citation, Garrett, King Air, and Pratt & Whitney. He has also completed numerous factory approved training programs. Chuck has flight experience in most General Aviation aircraft through light jets.

Chris Hadland, senior repair technician, is also an Aviation Inspector with factory training on most makes and models of aircraft. He possesses an in-depth knowledge of all things aeronautical, with a special emphasis on electrical and electronic systems. Chris has extensive flight experience in General Aviation through heavy jets and is an active jet pilot.

Scott is involved in the Repair Station’s continuing education program and is a graduate of Gavilan Aviation School. As an active pilot, Scott often flies tail wheel aircraft and serves as a tour pilot for local glider operations.

Keith Jenkins, principal, has been one of Watsonville’s most active pilots for more than twenty years. He is active in many civic and charitable organizations. He is a successful executive who owns and flies a Cherokee, a Pitts and a Super Cub. If you are interested in flying “South of the Border” Keith would be the person to talk with as he, in his Cherokee, has made many trips to Baja, Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and El Salvador.

Kevin Springer, an old world craftsman, is available for special projects. He has been responsible for the construction and renovation of more aircraft than any other individual at Watsonville Airport. An electronic technician by training and an aircraft repair/renovation specialist by choice, he brings a depth of knowledge and caring to all he does.

Cullen O’Brien, an engineering student, works part-time as allowed by his studies. From detailing aircraft to maintaining Pacific AirCare’s facility in pristine condition, this young man is representative of aviation’s future. Cullen is also an active pilot.
